Así como ya hice mi recuento de los mejores álbumes de rock progresivo italiano, esta vez hago mi recuento de los mejores 56 álbumes de rock progresivo anglosajón, o por artistas anglosajones. Para esta lista únicamente tomaré en cuenta la época setentera del género, o mejor dicho, desde su nacimiento hasta 1979. Incluyo algunos álbumes instrumentales y otros más rebuscados, pero en general se trata de álbumes clásicos. Todos los álbumes tendrán una breve reseña, las cuales subiré en las semanas siguientes.
